VoxScriber has three ways to hire: subscription (monthly or yearly), one-off hour packages (no monthly fee), and custom balance (you choose the amount). All deliver cycles — the platform's internal currency, where 1 cycle = 15 seconds of audio on the standard engine.
Individual subscriptions
Prices by region: in Brazil you pay in reais; in the US and other countries, in dollars; in the European Union, in euros (Portugal has its own pricing).

"Premium hours" consider the standard engine (4 cycles/min). Using the Normal engine (1 cycle/min), the same cycles yield 4× more hours — Pro equals 80h Normal OR 20h Premium.
Annual plan = price of 9 months. All the plans above have an annual version with 3 months of discount (e.g., Lite annual R$ 89.10/year) and the year's cycles credited all at once (e.g., Lite annual = 8,640 cycles, 36h Premium per year).

All plans, including Free, include the Premium (AssemblyAI) and Normal (Whisper) engines, plus browser-based Nano transcription. The public API requires Pro or higher; WhatsApp transcription is available on all plans.

Packages accept files up to 600 minutes / 5 GB, unlock all export formats, and Whisper large-v3. When you purchase a package, your account takes on that package's features.
Custom balance: from R$ 5.00, at R$ 0.075 per cycle (R$ 0.30/min on the Premium engine). It also never expires.
Businesses, partners, and legacy plans
- Business plans (from R$ 149.90/month, 50h + 5 members with a shared pool) have their own category in the help center and a commercial contact page.
- Lawyers affiliated with CAA/OAB get the free partner plan with 720 cycles/month (equivalent to Lite).
- Legacy plans (Starter, Basic Monthly, Pro Monthly, etc.) remain valid for those who already have them, but can't be purchased again — on a change, you migrate to the equivalent V5 plan.
There's no paid trial: the "trial" is the Free plan, which renews its 120 cycles every 30 days. The price shown at checkout is the final amount — we don't add taxes on top.
Frequently asked questions
Does the annual plan deliver cycles all at once or monthly?
All at once: the annual plan credits the year's total at activation (e.g., annual Lite = 8,640 cycles) and renews every 365 days.
Subscription or hour package: which should I choose?
Recurring use every month: subscription (lower cost per hour). Occasional use: hour package, because cycles never expire.
Why can't I use the Ultra engine (ElevenLabs)?
Ultra is exclusive to Pro, Premium, and Business plans. On other plans, the option appears locked.
Which plan do I need to use the API?
Pro or higher (including Business). WhatsApp works on all plans, even Free.
I'm outside Brazil — which currency do I pay in?
Brazil pays in reais, the European Union in euros, and the rest of the world in dollars. See International payment.
