After transcribing, AI works for you: it generates a title and summary, creates structured minutes, translates the text, identifies speakers, and answers questions about the content. Each plan has its own monthly quotas — and everything comes out in the language of your interface.
What AI does
- Automatic title — every transcription gets an AI-generated title, in the language of your interface. Automatic and quota-free.
- Summary — on-demand content summary (and automatic, depending on the plan). Users in Europe are served by a European AI model, keeping data in the region.
- Structured minutes — AI recognizes the audio type and generates the appropriate document: Hearing Minutes (legal), Meeting Minutes, Interview Report, or Structured Document (generic), with participants and roles, development with timestamps, decisions, and next steps with deadlines. The minutes can be manually edited and downloaded as PDF in 17 languages.
- Speaker identification — names and roles suggested automatically, without consuming quota. See Speaker identification.
- Translation — translate the full transcription into over 100 languages; the result is saved per language.
- Chat with the transcription — ask questions and request actions about the content: insights, action items, follow-up email, formal minutes, LinkedIn post, sentiment analysis, and free-form requests.

Minutes bonus: participants identified in the document become speaker names in the transcription — but names you've already defined manually are never overwritten.

Hour packages have intermediate quotas, which grow with the package size.
Your quota renews on your "monthly anniversary" — the cycle counts from the day you signed up, not the 1st of the month. When your quota runs out, you get a limit-reached notice; features outside your plan return a feature-not-available notice.
What language does AI respond in?
In the language of your interface. An audio in English, with the site in Portuguese, generates title, summary, and minutes in Portuguese. The minutes can also be translated on demand into the 17 PDF languages.
AI Models
The models used scale with your plan — larger plans use more capable models — and very long content is automatically routed to higher-capacity models, with no configuration needed.
Frequently asked questions
Do AI features consume cycles?
No. They use their own monthly quotas per plan; cycles are only for the transcription itself.
When does my AI quota renew?
On your account's monthly anniversary — not on the 1st. If you signed up on the 12th, your quota renews every 12th.
Can I edit the AI-generated minutes?
Yes. The minutes are editable and can be downloaded as a PDF in 17 languages.
The summary comes out in the wrong language — what do I do?
The summary follows the interface language. Switch the site language to the desired one and generate again.
Why don't I have the translation button?
Transcription translation is available starting with the Professional plan (100/month) and is unlimited on Enterprise.
