Notifications and Emails

All emails VoxScriber sends: verification, completed transcription, billing alerts, invoice and tickets — and what to do when they don't arrive.

VoxScriber uses email as its main notification channel. This guide lists what you receive, when, and what to do if messages aren't arriving.

Support emails you can use

When emails don't arrive

1

Check spam and the address spelling

Most cases are resolved here. Add our sender to your contacts for future emails.

2

Respect the resend interval

The verification resend has a 2-minute interval. Asking multiple times in a row doesn't speed it up.

3

Check if your provider rejected messages

A full inbox or a domain issue makes the email bounce — and the definitive rejection disables the account verification, which then asks for confirmation again. In this case, use WhatsApp verification to avoid getting stuck and contact support to reactivate sending.

Definitive rejections (hard bounces) suspend sending to the address — there's no point requesting a resend until the address accepts messages again. This is the most common reason behind "I don't receive anything from you."

I want to receive fewer emails

Transactional alerts (verification, billing, security, tickets) are necessary for the account to work. Non-essential communications can be stopped — use the unsubscribe link in the message itself or ask support. Users in opt-in regions (Europe, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea) only receive communications with consent.

Frequently asked questions

I didn't receive the verification email — what do I do?

Spam, spelling, resend after 2 minutes — in that order. If it persists, verify your account via WhatsApp (6-digit code) and continue using it normally.

Do I get a notification when transcription finishes?

The normal flow completes in seconds to a few minutes, with the result on the screen. Transcription emails come into play when there's a failure with retries: progress, success, or definitive failure.

Why did I get an email from 'VoxScriber'?

It's VoxScriber's international brand — same product, sender from your region.

Can I reply to the ticket email instead of opening the website?

Yes. Keep the protocol (VPT...) in the subject and your reply goes straight into the ticket — including reopening resolved tickets.

How do I stop billing emails?

By fixing the payment or canceling the subscription — they exist to prevent your account from being suspended. See Renewal and lifecycle.
