Subscription via Automatic PIX

Subscribe to VoxScriber paying with Automatic PIX: a single QR code activates your plan and authorizes renewals. Learn why CPF is required and how to cancel.

If you'd rather not use a card, you can subscribe to any plan (monthly or yearly) with Automatic PIX — the Central Bank's official method for recurring charges via PIX. You scan a single QR code, which does two things at once: pays the first charge and authorizes future renewals at your bank.

How it works

1

Choose your plan and enter your CPF/CNPJ

This document is required under Central Bank rules for Automatic PIX — without it, the authorization cannot be created. The data is encrypted in your profile.

2

Scan the QR code in your bank's app

The app shows both parts of the transaction: the current payment and the recurring authorization (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan). Confirm both.

3

Plan activated on confirmation

As soon as the bank confirms, your plan is activated and the cycles for the period are credited to your account. On renewals, the charge happens automatically — no new QR code.

Renewal and payment failure

On the renewal date, the charge is made automatically to your bank account. If it fails (insufficient funds, revoked authorization), automatic retries happen until the 7th day; after that, our recovery process re-charges on days 10, 20, and 30, and gives up on day 35. During the settlement window, your plan remains in a grace period (without immediate downgrade) — details in Renewal and lifecycle.

Changing plans or canceling

  • Upgrade: with Automatic PIX, switching plans means canceling the current authorization and creating a new one (new QR code). You can only migrate to a plan with more cycles; to go from yearly to monthly, cancel first.
  • Cancellation: done on the platform, it takes effect at the end of the paid cycle — you keep access until the renewal date and no new charge is made. See How to cancel your subscription.

Automatic PIX is only available for accounts billed in Brazil. If you revoke the authorization directly in your bank's app without canceling on the platform, the renewal will fail and the account enters the settlement flow — the right way is to cancel through the platform.

Frequently asked questions

Will the bank charge me automatically every month?

Yes — that's exactly the point of Automatic PIX: you authorize once and renewals happen without any action from you, like an automatic debit.

Can I subscribe to the yearly plan with PIX?

Yes. Automatic PIX supports monthly and yearly recurrence; with the yearly plan, the charge repeats once a year.

Why is CPF required here, but not for card payments?

Because the Central Bank requires the payer's document to create the Automatic PIX authorization. (For one-off PIX payments, it's also requested, but because of the invoice.)

How do I cancel the recurring payment?

Cancel from the platform: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and no future charge is made. The authorization at the bank is no longer used.

I want a larger plan — will I lose what I already paid?

You don't lose the cycles: on an upgrade, the old subscription is closed and you pay for the new one with the new QR code. Your remaining balance stays in your account.
