Statement and Transaction History
How to check every cycle movement in VoxScriber: purchases, renewals, usage, and refunds are recorded in an immutable statement on the billing page.
Every cycle movement in your account — purchase, renewal, transcription consumption, refund, bonus — generates an immutable transaction record. It is the source of truth for your balance: the number you see in the panel is always the result of this audit trail.
What is recorded
Each statement line stores:
- Type (purchase, subscription/renewal, transcription, refund, administrative credit);
- Number of cycles (positive when crediting, negative when consuming);
- Status (pending, completed, cancelled);
- Payment method and provider (when it is a charge);
- Date and time.
You access all of this on the billing page in the panel. Organizations have their own company statement, visible to owners and administrators in the organization's billing area, along with invoices.
How to read the most common entries
| Entry | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending purchase | PIX generated and not yet paid — becomes completed upon bank confirmation |
| Renewal | Plan allowance added to balance (capped at 2×) |
| Transcription | Cycles consumed — the debit only appears after the transcription successfully completes |
| Refund | Cycles removed proportionally to the amount refunded |
The debit for a transcription happens in an atomic operation together with the delivery of the result: "charged ⇔ delivered". If you see the debit, the corresponding transcription exists; if the transcription failed, there is no debit.
No balance adjustment is done "by hand" outside the statement — even courtesy credits granted by support are entered as a registered transaction. If a number doesn't add up for you, send a screenshot of the entry to support: with the audit trail, the review is objective.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I see my balance and statement?
On the billing page in the panel. The current balance and movement history are together.
I paid a PIX and the transaction is 'pending' — is that normal?
Yes, until the bank confirmation arrives. The screen updates automatically; when the payment confirms, the transaction becomes completed and cycles are added.
Was I charged for a transcription that failed?
You shouldn't have been: the debit only happens on successful completion. If you spot a debit without a delivered transcription, open a ticket with the date of the entry.
My company needs the history for accounting reconciliation.
Organization owners and administrators have access to self-service statements and invoices (bank slips, PIX, tax invoices) in the organization's billing area — plus a monthly report by email on the 1st.
Where are my receipts and tax invoices?
Tax invoices arrive by email and, for companies, are in the invoices area. Card receipts are in the billing portal. See Tax invoice (NFS-e).
