Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time without penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period.
Is there a refund when I cancel?
We do not offer refunds for cancellations. You continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the already-paid period.
Can I pause my plan instead of canceling?
Yes! You can pause for 1-6 months. During the pause there are no charges and your data is saved. Reactivation can be automatic or manual.
How does a mid-month upgrade work?
You only pay the prorated difference. For example, if there are 15 days left in the month, you pay 50% of the difference between plans.
Will I lose my credits when downgrading?
No. Your current credits are kept until natural expiration. Only new credits follow the lower plan rules.
Can I go back to my previous plan?
Yes, you can change your plan as many times as you want. Each change follows the corresponding billing rules.

Best Practices
Planning
Evaluate your actual usage before making changes
Consider seasonality in your work
Calculate the savings/cost of the change
Consider an adjustment period
Timing
Upgrades: do it when you really need to
Downgrades: request a few days before renewal
Cancellations: consider pausing temporarily first
Avoid frequent changes (causes billing confusion)
Financial
Keep your payment method up to date
Settle any outstanding balances before making changes
Monitor invoices after changes
Keep records of plan changes
Data
Back up important data
Export reports before downgrading
Document your current settings
Keep your transcription history saved
Before making any changes, consider temporarily pausing your plan instead of canceling. Pausing keeps your data and settings intact, allowing easy reactivation when needed, without losing your history or having to reconfigure everything.
