In which currency VoxScriber charges outside Brazil, which payment methods are available in each region, and why PIX and boleto are exclusive to Brazilian accounts.
VoxScriber serves users worldwide with four regional brands — vozparatexto.com.br (Brazil), vozparatexto.pt (Portugal and Portuguese-speaking countries), voix2texte.fr (the Francophone world) and voxscriber.com (international). The currency and payment methods follow the region of your account, not the site you visited.
In which currency you pay

Accounts outside Brazil are never charged in reais: the checkout uses exclusively the regional price in your currency. Plan values in each currency are in the Plans and pricing table — note there are four pricing tables (Brazil, USA, Europe, and Portugal, which has its own promotional values in euros).

PIX (one-time and Automatic) and boleto are exclusive to accounts billed in Brazil. If your account is in another region, these options don't even appear — and there is no way to pay a foreign account via PIX.
Taxes and final amount
The price shown at checkout is the final amount — we don't add tax on top. If your card is issued in a different country from the billing currency, the issuing bank may apply its own conversion fees (IOF/spread), outside our control.
Where your data is stored
Data residency follows the region: European accounts have their database and files in data centers in Europe (Amsterdam), other regions in the USA (Chicago). Details in Domains and regions.
Frequently asked questions
I'm a Brazilian living abroad — can I pay with PIX?
Only if your account is billed in Brazil. Accounts with a foreign billing region pay by card (or SEPA/Multibanco, in Portugal) in the regional currency.
Why is the euro price in Portugal different from the rest of Europe?
Portugal has its own promotional table (e.g., Lite €3,90 vs €4,90 in the rest of the EU). The checkout automatically applies your region's table.
My invoice came in dollars, but I'm from Europe.
The currency follows the region registered on the account. If your region is wrong (e.g., account created while traveling), contact support to review.
Do you issue invoices for customers outside Brazil?
NFS-e is a Brazilian tax document, issued for PIX/boleto payments in Brazil. International customers receive card payment receipts (via the billing portal).
Does the price have tax on top?
No — the checkout amount is final. Conversion fees from your bank, when they exist, are charged by the card issuer.
