Pay with PIX
How to buy hour packages and balance with PIX at VoxScriber: QR code validity, why we ask for CPF, when credits are added to your account, and what to do if PIX expires.
PIX is the fastest way to buy hour packages and custom balance at VoxScriber: you scan the QR code (or copy the copy-and-paste code), pay in your bank's app, and the credits are added to your account as soon as the bank confirms — usually in seconds.
How the purchase works
Choose the package or the amount
On the billing page, select an hour package or enter a custom balance amount (minimum R$ 5.00). A discount coupon can be applied at this step.
Enter your CPF or CNPJ
We ask for the document because it's required to issue your tax invoice (NFS-e). It is stored encrypted in your profile — on future purchases you don't need to type it again.
Pay the QR code within 30 minutes
The QR code expires in 30 minutes. You can scan it, use the copy-and-paste option, or open the payment link. If the PIX stays pending for 5 minutes, we send a reminder email with the same QR code.
Credits added automatically
The bank's confirmation credits your account right away, and the purchase screen updates on its own. Bought an hour package? Your account also takes on that package's features (higher limits, all export formats).
Credits are always calculated on the server, based on the amount actually paid — if you pay a different amount than the one charged, the credit corresponds to what you paid. And watch out: an expired QR code should not be paid; generate a new charge. If you paid after the expiration and the credit didn't arrive, contact support with the payment receipt.
Important rules
- Available only for Brazil accounts. Accounts billed in another region don't see the PIX option — see International payment.
- Minimum amount: R$ 5.00.
- Tax invoice: PIX purchases automatically generate NFS-e, minutes after confirmation — see Tax invoice (NFS-e).
- PIX subscription is a different flow, PIX Automático — see Subscription via PIX Automático.
Frequently asked questions
I paid with PIX — how long until the credits arrive?
Usually within seconds after the bank confirms. The purchase screen checks the status on its own; if it takes longer, our confirmation is the source of truth and the credit appears as soon as it's processed.
The QR code expired before I paid — now what?
No problem: nothing was charged. Redo the purchase to generate a new QR code. Expired charges are automatically canceled.
Why do you ask for my CPF/CNPJ?
It's required for the service tax invoice (NFS-e): without the buyer's document, the city hall won't accept the issuance. The document is stored encrypted.
Can I use a coupon when paying with PIX?
Yes. The coupon is validated on the server, and the QR code amount already comes with the discount.
Can I use PIX to subscribe to a monthly plan?
Yes, but through the PIX Automático flow (Central Bank's recurring charge authorization), not through one-off PIX. See Subscription via PIX Automático.
