Share Transcription via Public Link
How to generate a public link to a transcription, what recipients can see, control over summary and audio, and how to revoke access. The link never expires.
Any transcription can become a public link to send to someone without an account. The link never expires — it stays valid until you revoke it — and you control whether the summary appears and whether the audio is available to play.
How to share
Open the transcription and click share
On the transcription screen, use the sharing option. A unique, unguessable address is generated on the domain where you use the product.
Adjust the options
You decide whether the link includes the summary (enabled by default) and whether the audio is preserved for playback on the public page.
Send the link
Copy and send it however you like. Recipients open it right in the browser without signing up.
What recipients see (and what they don't see)
- They see: the transcription text, the speakers, the summary (if you left it enabled), and the audio player (if the audio is preserved).
- They don't see: your email, your plan, costs — the page only shows your first name as the sharing author.
- They can't download: the public page has no export buttons; PDF, DOCX, and subtitle downloads remain exclusive to you.
Link and audio: different retention periods

When you share with audio, the file no longer expires after 30 days and stays preserved for as long as the sharing lasts. If you turn off audio preservation, the standard retention applies again.
Shared a video in a format the browser can't play (MKV, AVI, MOV, WMV...)? The platform automatically converts the audio to MP3 in the background so the public page can play it.
Revoke access
To stop sharing, turn it off on the same screen. The old address stops working immediately — and if you share again in the future, a new address is generated.
Anyone with the link can open the page — treat it like you would treat the document. For sensitive content, avoid forwarding it in groups and revoke access when it's no longer needed.

Does the sharing link expire?
No. It remains valid until you manually revoke it.
Does the person opening the link need an account?
No. The public page opens directly in the browser without sign-up.
How do I hide the summary from the public link?
In the sharing options, turn off "include summary." You can change this at any time.
If I edit the transcription, does the link show the new version?
Yes — the public page displays the transcription's current content.
I revoked the link. Can people who had the address still see it?
No. Revocation takes effect immediately, and a new share generates a different address.
