Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Make sure you have exported all necessary transcriptions before configuring short retention periods.

Click "Delete My Account"

Grace Period

You have 30 days to reverse the deletion

Permanent Deletion

After 30 days, all data is permanently removed

Account deletion permanently removes: profile, transcriptions, payment history, settings, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone after the grace period.

Account Security

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Protect your account with an additional layer of security:

  1. Go to Settings -> Security
  2. Enable "Two-factor authentication"
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  4. Enter the verification code
  5. Save your recovery codes in a safe place

Session Management

  • View all active sessions
  • End sessions on unknown devices
  • Configure automatic session expiration
  • Maximum of 5 simultaneous sessions

Security Notifications

Set up alerts for:

  • Login from a new device
  • Password change
  • Email change
  • Suspicious access attempts
  • Data export

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for maximum account security. This prevents unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.

Are my audio files stored?

Yes, temporarily for processing. You can configure automatic deletion after the transcription is completed. The default period is 30 days.

Who has access to my data?

Only you and, when necessary, the technical team for support. We use end-to-end encryption and strict access controls.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Go to Settings -> Privacy -> "Delete My Data" or contact support. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
